Spiral device

Spiral grooved device is applied in two types of 2 start and 3 start, named as AA1, and based on gravity separation, in order to enrichment of  different kinds of minerals like: Iron ore(Hematite, Magnetite), Chromite, Lead & Zinc, Manganese, Baryte, Celestine, etc…The trials based on Pilot scale is performed at the place of company and by devices at industrial dimensions.

The High Gradient Magnetic Separator device(Machine)(HGMS)

This device could be used on the Magnetic properties of Ore in order to enrichment of Hematite Iron ore. The relevant trials of this device is performed at the place of company , and by Slon brand (device) based on Pilot scale.

The Magnetic Separator device with low& Medium intensity of the field (LIMS)

This company owns 4 dram separator with intensity of the field 1000,1500,2000,3000 Gaus, and the relevant trials could be performed on the relevant minerals.

The sector of fine crushing &Grinding

This company owns a Jaw rock crusher & 2 ball mills in the dimensions of 200*150 and 150*75 which enables  this company to perform fine crushing &Grinding of minerals in different tonnages and dimensions , in a way which is near to be industrial.and causes proper  gradation and semi industrial , which helps to gain more real results.
